In this initial call, we will cover what coaching is and how it works. Also, what your expectations are from coaching, and how coaching differs from other types of support service such as counselling or mentoring.
We will talk about expectations for both parties, the practicalities of how we will work together and the nature and structure of your coaching sessions.
Establishing confidentially, trust and building rapport. If comfortable we will spend a few minutes talking a little about ourselves, our experiences, and expectations of the coaching relationship.
We will explore your goals: where you are now and where you would like to get to as a result of coaching.
I will share how you can contact me, and what the next steps will be should you choose to start working with me.
Below details the three ways in which I provide bespoke 1-2-1 coaching. If you don't see an approach that works for you, please get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
I work with clients for a minimum of four sessions.
This includes a 1-1.5 hour initial intake session and three 45 minute coaching sessions.
This includes an initial 1-1.5 hour intake session and six 1 hour coaching sessions.
This includes an 1.5 hour intake session and twelve 1 hour coaching sessions over a minimum of six months.
