  • I offer value led and results driven online 1-2-1 coaching. 


  • I work with individuals by partnering with them to achieve their chosen goals through purposeful conversations. 


  • I work in supportive and practical ways to help people to realise their potential and achieve their goals. Moving them from where they are, to where they want to be, more quickly and effectively than if they acted alone. 


  • I work with you to clearly defined goals and use powerful questions and non-judgemental observations, to enable you to take action.


  • My coaching style is approachable, warm, engaging, and supportive. I am also focused and plain speaking and do not shy away from asking challenging questions to support clients in achieving their chosen goals.

  • Coaching is a working partnership. It is a positive process to move you forward. 


  • Coaching consists of an agreed set of 1-2-1 confidential sessions between you and your coach. 


  • Each session usually lasts from 30 minutes to an hour. Sessions are usually held every two weeks or monthly, but frequency can be flexible based on your needs. 


  • You, as the client, will set and own the agenda.


  • Coaching is all about asking questions. As your coach I will ask questions – lots of questions!


  • It is not about giving advice or opinions. You will not be told what to do. 


  • It is 100% about you. In coaching you the client takes full responsibility for the outcomes of the session.


  • At the beginning of your coaching journey you will have an initial session to establish and explore your overarching goals and the agreed parameters of both parties during your coaching sessions. 


  • A specific goal will be established for each session. This will be explored in the session, and you will choose and agree to take away actions.

  • Coaching is not counselling or mentoring or telling you what to do. In coaching you are in the driving seat for ideas, ownership, and responsibility in achieving goals. 


  • Coaching will give you the space, time, and framework for working towards your goals.


  • It is not about making any judgements.


  • It is not about giving you any advice.


  • I do not delve into the past or deal with psychological issues or serious addictions.


  • I don’t break confidentiality, except during those circumstances outlined within the code of ethics that will be shared with you at the start of your coaching journey.

The main areas of focus are in these key areas: performance, leadership, confidence, business, strategy, and work/life balance.


The following are some more specific examples, but this is not an exhaustive list:

  • Working with you to understand and work on your purpose, defining personal and professional success 
  • Identifying your goals and what success looks like
  • Business coaching, including setting up a business, growing an existing one or managing change. 
  • Career progression and development for both rising stars and existing leaders
  • Exploring career next steps or transitions, building confidence, taking the next step, getting to grips with a new job or career, specific new work aims, working towards a promotion, developing personal development plans 
  • Confidence building 
  • Working through feelings of imposter syndrome
  • Managing overwhelm
  • Identifying and exploring limiting beliefs 
  • Working through feelings of being 'stuck' and exploring/setting goals and the resources and skills you have in yourself to achieve them.
